 Mr. Burke has also been involved as counsel to a number of government agencies including: Counsel to: the Weehawken Zoning Board of Adjustment; the West New York MUA which sold its assets in what is now The North Hudson Sewerage Authority; and The Township of Union Zoning Board of Adjustment. 

  As a community based law firm Mr. Burke believes in the importance of affordable housing and has served as counsel to: The Secaucus Affordable Housing Board, the Secaucus Leased Housing Corporation, The Weehawken Senior Housing Corporation, the Weehawken Senior Housing Rehabilitation Corporation, and the Renaissance Corporation, which was sponsored by the South Amboy Housing Authority to construct affordable housing.  

Mr. Burke serves on the Board of Directors for the Hudson County Boys and Girls Club and has done so for over fifteen years and is also a Trustee of the Ramsaye Education Trust Fund in Hoboken.
