Mr. Burke has worked on a wide range of interesting and significant land use matters including:

Maxwell Place on the Hudson: 832 residential units approved along with parking and retail units;

Carlo’s Bakery: Approval to expand the bakery which became the home of the show “The Cake Boss”.

Trump Plaza, Jersey City: Approvals to construct 832 residential units in two towers which, at the time of construction were the tallest buildings in New Jersey. 

Gulls Cove, Jersey City: Approvals to construct 420 residential units in Jersey City. 

Metrostop Plaza, Hoboken: Approvals to construct 112 residential units along with ground floor commercial space at the base of the Hudson County light rail stop.
